Post 2: Let's Bind Our Families Together

Hello lovely blog followers. As we probably all know, this past week I have learned an extremely important lesson about family. In order to have my family be strong, I must know the history and stories of my family. Now I think of myself as lucky because I do know most of my family stories which I could tell right now (except I won't). Research has shown that when kids know stories about their parents and grandparents, the kids deal better with stress and other sorts of things. Who knew, right? Just one little story can help all of us get through our day. I am very grateful to have a family that is strong, spiritual, and fun. I think we should all strive to do our best to learn and share stories with our own families. You never know when someone might need it. So let's all celebrate if we know our family stories.
