Post 3: Reflection on my beautiful paper

So I just wrote a Rhetorical Analysis for my Writing class. I must admit, I'm not very happy with my writing style so far. I should have gone to one of those handy writing rooms to stay focused. I wrote my paper in my dorm room, so that really meant spending most of the time watching YouTube. I need to find my motivation and write the paper. I should have taken my Chemistry teacher's advice and work for 25 minutes at a time, and then take a 5 minute break. I really need to work on my writing skills. Next time, things will be different. I make this promise to you, my lovely followers.

Stay awesome!!!!!

This gif has nothing to do with my reflection, but I love it too much to not put it in.

Post 2: Let's Bind Our Families Together

Hello lovely blog followers. As we probably all know, this past week I have learned an extremely important lesson about family. In order to have my family be strong, I must know the history and stories of my family. Now I think of myself as lucky because I do know most of my family stories which I could tell right now (except I won't). Research has shown that when kids know stories about their parents and grandparents, the kids deal better with stress and other sorts of things. Who knew, right? Just one little story can help all of us get through our day. I am very grateful to have a family that is strong, spiritual, and fun. I think we should all strive to do our best to learn and share stories with our own families. You never know when someone might need it. So let's all celebrate if we know our family stories.

Post 1: "Things As They Really Are" Reflection

A few days ago, I read the talk "Things As They Really Are" by David A. Bednar. It was a very powerful talk about the problems with  the internet. David A. Bednar warns us to not spend all of our time online, because there are more important things to have in life. Relationships are crucial to create in our lives, and being online all the time does not allow us to create lasting relationships. The internet can do amazing things for us. We can all share the gospel on the internet. However, most people waste their time by watching too much Youtube or tweeting useless information about their life. We should all strive to become our best selves in our real life instead of becoming someone who we are not online. If we act like someone else online, when people finally meet us their reaction will be this:
